Butte County – Park Fire – Prescription, Medication & Medical Equipment Replacement

If your medicine, medical supplies, or equipment were lost or damaged in the wildfires, please call your pharmacy or medical supply provider. Let them know you need an early refill or replacement due to the wildfires.

Offering free prescription replacement for veterans who are Park Fire survivors who lost their medication due to the fire. Veterans can call into the Chico VA Clinic, select the Pharmacy option in the phone tree and they will be directed to someone in the Pharmacy department who can assist them.

If your pharmacy is closed due to a wildfire, you can call the Medi-Cal Rx Call Center for help with pharmacy services.

Provides local individuals and fire victims with repurposed medical supplies. Donations are requested, but not required.

Individuals must sign a disclaimer form that releases liability. 

No verification is required. Open to anyone, but intended for those without insurance


Legal Services of Northern California

Provides free legal assistance to low-income individuals and families affected by the Park Fire. LSNC can help with disaster related legal issues including:

  • Government assistance/disaster related benefits, 
  • Replacement of prescriptions or medical equipment, 
  • Housing & renter rights, job/employment impacts,
  • Mortgage lender disaster questions
  • Legal requirements during rebuilding
  • Replacing legal documents lost in the fire
  • Insurance claims
  • Homeowner remedies
  • And other issues
