Access to this forum and to confidential resource entries is only available to registered, approved users of the 211Now system.
Resource information is available in 211Now by clicking on “Search Resources” and filtering by County in the County dropdown. Because you are logged in as a registered user, you will see both resources available to the public and confidential resources only available to registered users. Resources listed as “confidential” on this site are NOT for public distribution.
These resources have been specifically designated as private due to one or more of the following factors:
- Limited availability of services/supplies
- Requirements for professional referrals
- Specific eligibility criteria
- Population-specific services
- Capacity limitations
- Specialized intake procedures
Proper Use of Confidential Resources
✓ DO:
- Connect individual clients directly to resources when they meet eligibility requirements
- Follow each organization’s specified referral procedures
- Contact the providing organization directly with questions about their services
- Update your organization’s confidential resource listings when changes occur
- Report any broken links or outdated information to VC VOAD management
✗ DO NOT:
- Share these resource listings on social media
- Include these resources in public newsletters or emails
- Post about these resources on your organization’s website
- Distribute resource lists to the general public
- Share login credentials with anyone
Client Referral Process
- Review the resource details and eligibility requirements carefully
- Verify your client meets all stated criteria
- Follow the specific referral protocol provided by the resource organization
- Use the provided contact information to make direct referrals
- Document referrals according to your organization’s procedures
Resource Updates
- Organizations providing resources must keep their listings current using this form.
- Include any changes to:
- Availability
- Eligibility criteria
- Contact information
- Referral procedures
