It is important to understand that there is currently limited capacity to open cases, and there will likely be a wait for you to be assigned a Disaster Case Manager. The duration of this wait is uncertain, but someone from Disaster Case Management will reach out to provide an update. Additionally, 211 does not control the waitlist or the availability of Disaster Case Managers.
