- Call HomeFirst Homeless Helpline at (408) 539-2105 or email email@example.com to access the City of San Jose’s Overnight Warming Location (OWL) program. HomeFirst provides access to emergency shelter, showers, laundry, meals, medical services, case management, employment training and more.
Pets are allowed at certain locations. Please call the location you wish to take shelter at and to inquire for more information. Service animals are always welcomed.
Many Warming Centers are located along transit lines. Please check with www.VTA.org about current transportation services to Warming Center.
The County of Santa Clara currently does not require proof of vaccination to enter Warming Centers. However, masks are still required for all County facilities.
All are welcomed in the Warming Centers. No proof of citizenship is required.
