If a home has been tagged please follow these guidelines:
- If a home has a red-tag, resident should check the tag for information to know who to call.
- If the home was red-tagged and it is uninhabitable, resident can call Red Cross #1-866-272-2237
- If the home is NOT red-tagged, or the resident is unsure or hasn’t yet reported it, the resident should contact the non-emergency Fire Department line (San Mateo County Fire Department #650-345-1612).
