San Luis Obispo County – California Winter Storm, Storm Information, City of Morrow Bay

The State declared a state of emergency for California, and the Federal Government (FEMA) extended a federal emergency declaration to SLO County for this storm event.  The City also declared a local emergency for Morro Bay.
